Plan your match trip
Premier League match packages from Saudi Arabia
We coordinate the fan’s trip around a match that can be verified: suitable flights, a hotel with a practical stadium route, transfers and time buffers. The ticket is a separate item with its own source, status and conditions. No fixture or seat on this page is presented as currently available.

The short answer
What should a Premier League package actually mean?
It is a dated travel quote bringing together the services you need around a fixture window, with each component’s supplier, availability and cancellation conditions stated separately. The word “package” does not confirm a ticket: the quote should say whether the seat is confirmed or requested, who issues it and what happens if the fixture moves.

Your first safety check
Official tickets before choosing the hotel
Premier League advises buying directly from the club or a partner named on the club’s website. If a third party supplies the quote, open the club’s website yourself and verify the partner before paying for linked travel services.
Open the club’s website
Identify the home club and use its official ticket page. Check whether sales use membership, loyalty points, a ballot or general sale, and whether official hospitality is available. Membership may give priority; it does not guarantee a seat.
Match the product to the quote
Ask for the fixture, category, quantity, seating location and delivery method. Separate an availability request from a confirmed booking, and a standard ticket from hospitality. A message or screenshot alone is not enough confirmation.
Verify the seller’s authority
A flight or hotel packaged with a ticket does not make the seller authorised. Warning signs include inflated prices, sales far in advance, unspecified seats, collection from a hotel or a request to return the ticket after the match.
Protect your account
A digital ticket may depend on the club’s app or a phone wallet. Never share your password or verification code. Follow the club’s instructions on transfers between people, identification and when the code becomes available.
Allow a fixture window
Plan for a possible schedule change
Premier League fixtures can move because of broadcast selections and other competitions. We therefore plan an arrival and departure window and check the announced time when quoting and before issuing inflexible services. No particular match is listed here as available: timing and ticket supply need a live check.
- Provisional fixture listUse it to compare options
Choose clubs, cities and a range of dates. Do not treat a provisional Saturday time as final.
- Broadcast announcement or changeRebuild the travel plan
Recheck flights, nights and transport after an official update, and keep the booking conditions.
- 72 hours before travelReopen every confirmation
Check the fixture, stadium, gate, app, flights, transport and baggage rules.
Choose the city around the stadium
The nearest hotel is not always the most practical
Measure the journey from your room to the gate and back after the final whistle, not straight-line distance. Roads may close, stations may fill and walking or connections may take longer than the hotel description suggests.
London
Several stadium areas and an extensive transport network. Do not book simply because a hotel is in “central London”: identify the stadium first, then compare direct routes or few changes and the last service after the match.
Manchester
Reaching the city centre is not the same as reaching the stadium gate. Test tram or bus connections and walking time, and allow for post-match crowds instead of relying on a car at the entrance.
Liverpool
Check buses or event transport and the return journey. If flying through Manchester or London, include the train and connection time in your arrival-day plan.
Other cities
Newcastle, the Midlands and the cities of newly promoted clubs have different flight and rail patterns. Let the actual fixture guide the choice rather than relying on a fixed destination list.
Three ways to organise the trip
Choose the trip structure before adding extras
These are planning models, not ready-to-book offers or promises of availability. They help set the number of nights and travel buffers; pricing then comes from current, dated options.
One match plus city time
A focused option: arrive at least a day before the match, leave matchday free of paid activities close to gate time, then enjoy a lighter city day and a departure not tied to the final whistle. Fewer trains and hotel changes make it easier to choose a base that serves both the stadium and airport.
- Best when the ticket or sales window is clear.
- Fewer possible disruptions and simpler transfers.
- Can be extended if the fixture moves by a day.
Two matches in one city or region
Do not combine fixtures simply because their dates look close. Check tickets, timings and the distance between stadiums first. Flexibility over clubs may help find an official product, but each match needs its own account, conditions and transport plan. Include an alternative activity if the second event is not confirmed.
- Needs a wider window than a tightly packed weekend.
- Membership at one club does not cover another.
- Each ticket’s price and status are shown separately.
Two cities by train
This adds a transfer, a second hotel and possible delays, so avoid a match-morning train when better alternatives exist. Prioritise the event, then move cities on a separate day or with a substantial buffer. Check baggage, hotel check-in and the last return option.
- Suits travellers open to more than one fixture or city.
- Allow for amendment costs beyond the ticket price.
- A fallback plan protects the wider itinerary.
A transparent budget
No headline price that hides the real costs
Package pricing depends on the match, city, travellers, rooms and ticket status. Ask for an itemised table showing amounts, currency, taxes, amendment conditions and each price’s validity.
- Per person: Ticket, flights, entry fees, insurance and spending money.
- Per room: Nightly rate, number of nights, occupancy and taxes.
- For the group: Private transfers, trains or shared bookings.
- For changes: Amendment differences or a flexible extra night, not a hidden percentage.
Before accepting the quote
Seven items to have in writing
A clear quote should be comparable without a call to explain it. If ticket status is buried in the hotel price or the expiry time is missing, ask for a clearer version before paying.
- Event detailsHome club, opponent, currently announced date and time, and stadium.
- Ticket statusConfirmed or requested; source, category, quantity and adjacent seating.
- Flight detailsAirports, baggage, cabin, amendment and refund terms.
- Room detailsArea, room type, occupancy, meals, taxes and cancellation.
- TransportPublic or private transport, meeting point and matchday inclusions.
- ExclusionsETA, insurance, spending money, activities and any fee not included.

Entry to the United Kingdom
An ETA for each traveller is not an entry guarantee
GOV.UK lists Saudi Arabia among ETA-eligible nationalities. Each eligible traveller needs a separate application, including children. An ETA generally permits tourist visits of up to six months, but it does not guarantee admission at the border. Check the current fee and eligibility on GOV.UK.
Check the government website at booking and before travel: passport, nationality, purpose and transit may change the required procedure. This guidance is not a substitute for a government check for your own circumstances.
- Matching identificationNames on flights, tickets and passports must match.
- Separate applicationFor each adult and child under the current rules.
- Clear transit arrangementsEvery country, airport and terminal change.
- Check againBefore payment and before departure.
Matchday arrangements
From phone to seat and back to the hotel
Reopen the official information
Check timing, stadium, gate, digital ticket instructions, baggage policy and flights. Download the club app from an official store and use the correct account.
Start the gate journey
Check primary and fallback transport, carry the required ID and charge your phone. Allow time for security and do not rely on a car reaching the stadium door.
Follow the return plan
Agree a meeting point and an alternative station for crowded conditions. Do not tie an international flight directly to full time; check the last train before the group separates.
After-payment conditions
Each component has different risks and safeguards
On mobile, swipe the table sideways to see every column. With a keyboard, focus the table and use the arrow keys.
| Situation | What to check | Practical protection |
|---|---|---|
| Fixture time changes | League and club announcement; each booking’s terms | Travel buffer and written amendment options |
| Ticket unavailable | Was it confirmed or only requested? | Do not issue non-refundable services on an unconfirmed promise |
| Unauthorised seller | The seller’s name on the official club website | Stop and verify with the club before paying |
| Digital ticket fails | Account, app, identification and official support | Prepare the phone and follow club instructions |
| Road or station closes | Stadium and transport instructions for the event | Alternative public transport and a meeting point |
| Entry requirements change | GOV.UK for each passport and route | Recheck before issuing bookings and departure |
How we coordinate your request
Five steps from enquiry to travel file
- 01
Define the fixture options
Choose clubs, cities or a date window with clear alternatives, rather than making the trip depend on a single unavailable seat.
- 02
Separate the ticket
Record the source, status, category, quantity and terms. If not confirmed, it remains an availability request instead of being hidden in the overall price.
- 03
Build the travel arrangements
Compare flights, nights, hotel area and transport with possible fixture changes and each traveller’s requirements in mind.
- 04
Provide a dated quote
Review price, currency, inclusions, exclusions, validity and cancellation conditions for each supplier before acceptance.
- 05
Prepare the match travel file
Bring together confirmations, the stadium route, checks and support, then recheck fixture time and documents before departure.
Official sources
Check current information before paying
These sources explain ticket purchase, fixture and entry rules. They do not establish ticket availability or a price for any particular match.

Questions before enquiring
Answers about packages and tickets
What can a Premier League package from Saudi Arabia include?+
Flights, accommodation, transport, city activities and supporting services can be coordinated. Official tickets or hospitality may be added only after the source, availability and conditions are specified in writing. Each item is listed separately so you can distinguish confirmed services from requests.
Does True Travel guarantee Premier League match tickets?+
This page does not guarantee a ticket or a particular fixture. Confirmation requires a dated quote naming the club, fixture, category, quantity, authorised source and availability status. Tickets remain subject to the club’s or official supplier’s conditions.
Where can I buy Premier League tickets safely?+
Premier League advises buying directly through the club’s website or ticket office, or a partner named on the club’s official website. Including accommodation or travel in an offer does not, by itself, authorise a seller to supply tickets.
Does club membership guarantee a ticket?+
No. Membership may give a priority sales window or ballot access, but availability, sales methods and loyalty points vary by club and fixture. Read the club’s ticket page before buying membership.
Can a fixture change after the schedule is published?+
Yes. Fixtures may move because of broadcast selections and domestic or European competitions. Do not build a tightly timed, inflexible journey around a provisional kick-off time.
How many nights should I allow for a match trip to England?+
There is no fixed duration. For one city, arriving before matchday and departing at least the following day is generally useful. The final number of nights depends on flights, city, confirmed timing and activities, rather than the package name.
How should I choose a hotel near the stadium?+
Test the hotel-to-gate journey and the return after full time: stations, connections, walking, the last service and matchday closures. A hotel near a direct transport line may be more practical than one that looks closer on a map.
Does a Saudi citizen need an ETA for the UK?+
Saudi Arabia is currently on the ETA-eligible nationality list. Each eligible traveller needs a separate application, including children. Check GOV.UK before payment because eligibility, fees and requirements can change. An ETA does not guarantee admission at the border.
How do I budget for a Premier League trip?+
Add tickets or hospitality, flights and baggage, rooms and taxes, transport, insurance, entry fees, activities and an amendment buffer. Use actual quotes with expiry dates instead of general averages or old prices.
What should I send when requesting travel coordination?+
Send your club or acceptable fixtures, travel window, departure city, number of adults and children, rooms, budget and current ticket status. Do not include passport numbers, payment card details or ticket-account passwords in the initial enquiry.
Request clear travel coordination
Send your fixture options; receive an itemised quote
We start with what is confirmed and make outstanding items clear: tickets if available through an authorised route, flights, accommodation, transport and each service’s conditions. Do not include passport or payment details in your first message.
