Days
An arrival day, six days between the cities and a departure day. The order may change with flight schedules.
WARSAW · ZAKOPANE · KRAKÓW
A balanced 8-day, 7-night itinerary starting and finishing in Warsaw, with three nights in Zakopane for nature and two in Kraków for culture. We reprice it for your dates in Saudi riyals and set out flights, hotels, rooms, transfers, inclusions, exclusions and amendment terms before any payment.
A quick decision before the details
This is a trip-planning example. Prices, hotels, flights and availability are set out in a fresh quote for your dates and party size.

Poland itinerary · 8 days / 7 nights
The route moves in one direction where practical and returns to Warsaw before departure. Stops and tours depend on flight arrival, road conditions and attraction opening hours.
Optional airport reception, transfer to the hotel and check-in. Keep the evening light near your accommodation, without tying arrival day to a non-refundable paid tour.
Travel south towards the Tatra Mountains with planned rest stops. Settle into your apartment or hotel and explore the centre at an easy pace.
A day for the town and Gubałówka views, subject to operation and suitable weather. Lift or activity tickets are not assumed to be included unless listed.
Choose an activity suited to the season, fitness and family, with a poor-weather alternative. Snow, trails and lift operation are not guaranteed before near-date checks.
Transfer to Kraków, check in and spend time in the Old Town as arrival allows. Add at most one stop or activity without turning the day into a race.
The Main Market Square, Old Town and Wawel area according to your interests and admission times. The quote specifies guides, tickets, language and hours.
Transfer to the capital for a final night convenient for the airport route. Travelling today avoids the pressure of a long road journey on departure morning.
Check out and transfer to the airport according to flight time and luggage needs. The itinerary ends after the service confirmed in your quote.
A night can be removed or a transfer combined, but we do not recommend cutting every city equally. Shorten Zakopane if culture comes first, or Kraków if nature is the priority. Season and flights guide the decision, not day count alone.
A hotel means a name, room and policy
Choose a location that serves arrival, departure or the centre according to flight times. When the stay is split, the first and last hotels may differ to simplify travel.
A serviced apartment or hotel suited to your family size, checking heating, lifts, parking, beds, kitchen facilities and winter access.
A location near the Old Town saves time but may restrict vehicle access. Balance walking, parking, quiet and easy luggage transfers.
The written quote governs inclusions
Transport details, vehicle type, luggage capacity, tour hours, waiting, parking and fuel are specified in the written quote for your party size and travel dates.
The season changes the trip, not just the photos
Warsaw and Kraków offer cultural visits in different forms throughout the year, while Zakopane and the mountains depend more on weather and operations. Choose your experience before requesting a price: the season changes clothing, daylight, transport, tickets and crowds.
For cities, parks and emerging greenery, allowing for cold, rain and differences between the capital and mountains. Pack layers and keep an indoor alternative. Do not fix a mountain activity before checking near-date conditions.
More time outside suits families and nature visits, but demand is high in many periods. Book connecting rooms and time-sensitive tours early, and allow flexibility for traffic on travel days.
Early autumn often balances walking and nature before days shorten and temperatures fall. A good fit for a cultural pace, cafés and museums, with activity operation in Zakopane checked separately.
Choose cold-weather atmosphere, seasonal markets or snow activities when available, not guaranteed snow. Review roads, heating, clothing, insurance and lifts, with an indoor alternative for each weather-sensitive day.
Reduce hotel changes, confirm beds, children’s ages and car seats, and keep to one main activity on transfer days. An apartment can suit a family in Zakopane, but lifts, heating, kitchen facilities and parking need confirmation.
Add a night in Kraków or Warsaw and request a guide in the right language and specific tickets instead of rushing past landmarks. Leave free time in the Old Town and do not combine a long museum visit with an intercity transfer.
Choose a special room at one base and a confirmable private experience rather than upgrading every night. Views, bed types and arrangements are only guaranteed when written into the hotel or supplier confirmation.
The visa is separate from the package
Poland is in Schengen. Short tourist visits generally require a C-type visa unless an applicable exemption applies. The Polish Embassy in Riyadh does not work with intermediaries to accept or decide applications; only the consul decides. Administrative assistance guarantees neither an appointment, approval nor entry.
Apply through Poland when it is your only or main destination, or your first Schengen entry if no main destination can be determined. Do not misrepresent your route to obtain an appointment.
The embassy’s appointment section states a maximum of 6 months and at least 15 days before travel. Its page also retains a conflicting 3-month note: confirm timing with the embassy and e-konsulat, and allow time for additional documents.
A passport issued within 10 years, valid at least 3 months after expected return, with two blank pages; Schengen insurance of at least €30,000; and evidence of accommodation, travel, funds and purpose.
Nationality and circumstances may require residence and exit/re-entry documents, bank statements and employment or sponsor evidence. Check the official checklist for your case before paying for restrictive bookings.
Before transferring payment
Prices change until services are secured, so the quote must show issue and expiry dates. A screenshot of the total is not enough: check currency, travellers, rooms, flights, hotels, transfers, tours and known taxes. Once you choose an offer, we request written confirmation, followed by the supplier’s payment deadline.
A flight may be non-refundable while the hotel is flexible, or vice versa. Ask for each item’s policy instead of one phrase covering the package. Changes to names, dates, party size or rooms may trigger repricing. No-shows, personal delays and weather-sensitive services have different conditions.
Do not buy a winter activity based on a photo: snow, operations and roads vary. If a supplier changes before payment, we send the alternative’s name, category, location and policies. “Similar” does not mean automatic approval.
Send what actually changes the price
This form only prepares a request message; it does not book or confirm a price. After you send it, an adviser reviews the route, visa and availability and provides written options.
Questions before booking
Current prices are on request because they vary with departure city, dates, flights, baggage, party size, rooms, hotels, transfers and tours. Before payment, we send a Saudi-riyal quote with a validity date and clear inclusions and exclusions.
No. Price and availability depend on travel dates, flights, hotels, party size, rooms and cancellation terms. Before payment, we send a fresh Saudi-riyal quote with a validity date and clear inclusions.
The basic plan is 8 days and 7 nights: two Warsaw nights split between the beginning and end, three nights in Zakopane and two in Kraków. Cities can be reduced or stays extended after reviewing flights, weather and your group’s pace.
Flights are not assumed to be included. They can be quoted from Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam. The quote lists the airline, stops, booking class, baggage and amendment terms, and states whether flights are within the total or a separate item.
We suggest 4-star hotels or an alternative suited to your budget, but do not confirm a hotel name before checking availability. For each stay, the quote specifies the city, area, hotel name, room type, meals and cancellation policy.
Saudi passport holders generally need a C-type Schengen visa for a short tourist visit unless an applicable exemption applies. The consular authority handles applications and decisions, and a visa does not guarantee final entry. Check with the Polish Embassy in Riyadh before making restrictive bookings.
It can include airport arrival and departure transfers, travel between Warsaw, Zakopane and Kraków, and private tours. A service is only included when the quote specifically lists vehicle type, hours, waiting, fuel, parking and the services provided.
Visa fees, insurance, unlisted meals, tickets, optional activities, tips, personal spending, city fees and extra baggage are not automatically included. The written quote governs the actual inclusions and exclusions.
It can be adapted for families with fewer tours and suitable rooms, vehicles and child seats. In winter we review activity operation, roads, clothing and insurance and plan alternatives. Snow, lift operation and weather-sensitive activities are not guaranteed.
Departure city, dates or flexibility, adult numbers, children’s ages, room numbers, hotel level, duration, city or mountain priorities, and whether you need flights, private transport, tours, insurance or administrative help preparing a visa application.
