Distance, flight times and hotel check-in matter more than squeezing in a long list. A 5-day programme suits a short Baku-focused trip with one day outside the city. Seven days allow genuine time for Baku and Gabala without turning every day into a transfer. Both routes are proposals for quotation, confirmed only after flights, season and availability have been checked.
An unhurried arrival in Baku
Arrival transfer to the hotel, followed by flexible time according to your arrival. We do not schedule a paid tour before checking the flight, immigration time and fatigue after travelling.
Old and modern Baku
The Old City, waterfront, modern landmarks and markets are arranged around their locations and opening hours, with free time instead of unnecessary trips between distant areas.
One day outside Baku
Choose one clear option: Absheron, Gobustan or a longer nature excursion. Transport, tickets, duration and whether the tour is private or shared are specified.
A carefully timed departure
Free time if the flight allows, then the airport transfer. Check-out and meeting times are confirmed in the final programme.
A city at a comfortable pace

There is no single package for every traveller. We separate core services from options and identify each service as requested, optional, confirmed or awaiting the supplier.

- Tickets explicitly named in the itinerary.
- Insurance or a visa-requirements review if requested and listed in the quotation.
Not included unless expressly stated
- Meals, personal expenses, tips or local hotel charges.
- Tickets for attractions mentioned only as suggestions, or weather-dependent activities.
- A child's bed, connecting rooms, a view or a complimentary upgrade.
- Flexible changes or refunds where the flight or hotel rate is restricted.
- Visa fees for residents or a guaranteed entry decision for any traveller.
- Additional stops or vehicles outside the written transfer hours and scope.
Align flights, baggage, hotels, room categories, meals, transfers, tickets and cancellation policies before comparing two quotations. A lower number is not necessarily better value if it excludes flights, uses a different room or leaves the Gabala day without transport.

Choose the area before the stars
We review proximity to your priorities, room space, bed type, breakfast, taxes and cancellation terms. A practical 4-star location may suit your itinerary better than a higher-rated hotel far away.
The resort shapes your pace
A hotel's position between town and nature affects time in the car. We name the hotel and room category and check seasonal activities, heating or cooling and the bed arrangement before accepting an alternative.
Vehicle and stops in writing
Transport type, luggage capacity, service hours and agreed stops are specified. Mention children, mobility needs or special seats early so the arrangement does not have to change after booking.
How is the final price calculated?
Flights are usually the most variable item, followed by hotels according to date and occupancy, then private transport, tours and tickets. The number of children alone is insufficient: their ages at travel affect bed, breakfast and seat policies. One room for three adults is not automatically equivalent to two rooms. Direct and connecting flights differ not just in price, but also in time, baggage and connection risk.
When your request arrives, we check currently available options and send a SAR total with a clear deadline. After validity expires, we check again rather than copying an old price. If a hotel or flight changes, the alternative, cost and terms are presented for approval before collection of payment.

Citizens and residents are not the same category
A temporary exemption with specific conditions
The official ASAN Visa portal states that Saudi citizens can enter Azerbaijan without a visa up to three times between 15 February 2026 and 15 February 2027, for a maximum of 30 days per entry. A valid visa is required for the fourth entry during that period. Check current requirements for your passport and dates before a non-refundable booking, because this exemption is temporary.

Saudi residency does not automatically confer the rules for Saudi citizens. At the checking stage we need nationality, passport type and expiry date, then direct you to the official source. Do not send a passport image in your first WhatsApp message or use a similar-looking website instead of the government domain.

Families, couples and short breaks
For families
Start with children's ages and bed arrangements, not star ratings. Seven days may be more comfortable if Gabala is a priority because it allows two nights there; five days suit travellers wanting fewer hotel changes. We keep the first day light and review walking distance, lifts, child seats and meals rather than assuming a general tour works for everyone.
For couples
Privacy may come from a private car, a quieter room or more free time, not extra attractions. We specify bed type and any special occasion, distinguishing a request the hotel can note from a paid, guaranteed feature. If nature is a priority, Gabala gets time rather than a rushed visit on a long drive.
For a 5-day trip
Choose one strong experience outside Baku rather than combining Gabala, Quba and Gobustan in a few days. A missing day on the schedule may simply be an early return flight, so nights and arrival and departure hours are checked before describing a day as full.

Package quality is not just about photographs. It shows when travellers understand what happens if a flight changes, hotel confirmation is delayed or a child needs a different bed. Each stage therefore has written information and responsibilities.
Accurate details from the start
We need your departure city, flexible dates, adults, children's ages and room arrangement. Names or passports needed for booking are collected later through an appropriate channel after you choose the quotation, not through a general enquiry message.
A known expiry time
The quotation states its validity date or time because flight seats and rooms can change. Validity is not a temporary reservation unless explicitly stated. After expiry, we check again and explain differences rather than request payment against an outdated version.
Review names and policies
Traveller spelling, dates, route, baggage and rooms are checked. We explain the payment amount, what is confirmed immediately and whether a service is non-refundable or allows changes for a fee. “Free cancellation” does not apply generally to every trip component.
One service summary
You receive evidence of confirmed flights, hotels, transfers and tours, with meeting points and essential times. Any item awaiting the supplier remains clearly identified and is not treated as final confirmation.
Recheck requirements
Published entry rules, carrier requirements, passport validity and insurance are reviewed for each traveller, then times and addresses are reconfirmed. The entry decision remains with the competent authority; checking close to travel reduces reliance on old information.
Alternatives require approval
If a hotel, flight or activity becomes unavailable, we present the alternative, category, location, price and itinerary impact. A service is not silently changed to “the same standard” without a clear comparison and traveller approval.
When should you choose ground services only?
You may already have a suitable ticket, miles or a commitment to a particular airline. You can then request accommodation, transfers and tours only. After booking your flight, we need arrival and departure times and the flight number to match reception to the airport and time. If you want a comparison of flights inside and outside the package, we compare the same total, not just the ticket, accounting for baggage, stopovers, transfers and a night that inconvenient flight times may waste.
Ground services do not transfer responsibility for your flight to the programme organiser. Tell us promptly about ticket changes because the driver time, first night or tour may be affected. Responsibilities and each supplier's conditions appear in the quotation and confirmation.

Is a 5-day Azerbaijan package available?
Yes. A 5-day, 4-night programme can focus on Baku with a day outside the city, depending on flight times. Before pricing, we check whether a Gabala transfer makes sense or whether Absheron or Gobustan better suits that day.
What is the suggested 7-day Azerbaijan route?
The proposed route combines Baku and Gabala over 7 days and 6 nights, with a flexible Absheron or Gobustan day. The final arrangement depends on flights, season, family comfort and hotel availability.
Are flights from Riyadh included?
Do not assume they are. The written quotation states whether flights from Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam are in the total, including airline, times, baggage and booking class. Ground services alone can also be quoted.
Is the package suitable for families?
Yes, after checking children’s ages, room arrangements and comfort with transfers. We review beds, breakfast, seats and tickets and reduce long drives or hotel changes if they do not suit your family.
Can this be a honeymoon package?
It can be tailored with quieter accommodation, private time and private tours. Include bed type, room category and any special occasion in your request. An upgrade or view is not promised unless stated in the confirmation.
