EXPLORE WITH TRUE TRAVEL

Every journey begins somewhere

Where would you love to go?

Start with a continent, then find your country and destination.

Family comfort starts with the details, not the price

Family travel packages from Saudi Arabia

Compare family trips to Türkiye, Georgia, Thailand and Japan by children’s ages, room arrangements, transfer time, meals and activities. Then request a current quote that explains each service and its conditions before payment.

  • Children’s ages at the time of travel
  • Room types stated, not assumed
  • Current pricing after availability checks

Children’s ages: affect suitable rooms and activities.

Accommodation: the quote states the hotel, room category and occupancy.

Cost: depends on dates and availability.

Official destination resources

From comparison to a tailored quote

Choose a starting point for your family trip

Start with the family travel planning guide if you want to understand how ages, comfort and accommodation affect a trip. Here you can compare four package models and share the details a travel adviser needs to prepare a useful, comparable quote.

Past programme prices are not today’s prices. Flights, rooms and children’s policies change with the dates and supplier. Your written quote is the commercial reference: hotel name, room category and occupancy, flights and baggage, transfers, tours, meals, exclusions, amendment conditions and the price-validity period.

Four starting points, not fixed itineraries

Choose a package that fits your family’s energy

These durations are planning ranges, not guaranteed inventory. Cities and nights can be tailored after checking flights, but adding another stop usually takes a day away from rest and activities.

A family trip to Thailand

A previous True Travel model divided ten nights between Phuket, Krabi and Bangkok, with private transfers and domestic flights. The programme and price are rebuilt for children’s ages and your dates rather than reusing a historical price.

Images and routes are illustrative. Availability, weather, entry requirements, flight times, activities suitable for each age and vehicle specifications are checked for your travel dates before commitment.

A practical comparison before pricing

What changes from one destination to another?

A useful comparison goes beyond the hotel name. Consider journey time, the number of hotel changes and how you will get around each day, then compare accommodation standards and price.

An initial suggestion, not a booking decision

Which model is closer to your family’s needs?

Choose the youngest child’s age, your preferred pace and the time available. The result helps narrow your questions; an adviser then checks flights, season, budget and each traveller’s needs.

Your starting suggestion will appear here.

This is not a price or availability confirmation; it simply narrows the options before you contact us.

A room is more than a bed count

How do we choose family accommodation?

We start with the number of travellers and children’s ages on arrival, then check the official occupancy limit. A spacious-looking room may not allow another guest. Connecting rooms have an internal door when confirmed by the hotel; adjacent rooms are nearby and do not guarantee that door.

We compare a family room, suite, two connecting rooms or serviced apartment, explaining cost and privacy. For infants, we confirm the cot and where it fits; for teenagers, the usable sleeping space matters. With a grandparent, we request rooms nearer lifts and fewer stairs, but do not promise a feature before the supplier confirms it.

  • The room category exactly as stated in the hotel confirmation.
  • The number and type of beds, including any extra bed.
  • Breakfast and accommodation policies for each child’s age.
  • Connecting or adjacent arrangements confirmed in writing.

A programme with breathing space

A good family day does not fill every hour

01

Time to recover on arrival

A demanding tour does not belong immediately after an overnight flight. Room access, meals and sleep matter, particularly with an infant or young child.

02

One main activity block

Group nearby places and allow a rest break instead of crossing the city repeatedly. Map distance does not always reflect actual transfer time.

03

A weather and energy alternative

An indoor option or lighter day helps if the weather changes or the family tires. We distinguish advance reservations from activities that can be changed.

04

A realistic transfer day

Changing hotels means packing, checkout, travel, waiting and check-in. It should not be counted as a full sightseeing day.

Meals and allergies

State the requirement rather than assuming it

Hotel meals, a high chair or facilities to warm an infant’s food cannot be inferred from star ratings. We record allergies and excluded ingredients and request confirmation from the hotel or restaurant. A shared kitchen may not guarantee protection from cross-contact.

For a selective eater, a neighbourhood with several dining options or an apartment with a kitchenette can help. We also clarify whether breakfast includes every child or has separate age bands and charges.

Older travellers and mobility

Comfort belongs in the itinerary

We ask about walking, stairs, wheelchair use and frequent rest stops. Large stations and mountain areas may require extra transfer time and a suitable drop-off point where available.

A travel service does not replace medical advice. Discuss medicines, insurance and health needs with a qualified professional. Our team coordinates the logistics and documents requests accepted by the supplier.

What will the quote show?

Clear inclusions and visible exclusions

Can be included after confirmation

  • International and domestic flights with specified baggage.
  • Hotels, room categories, occupancy and meals.
  • Airport reception and private or shared transfers.
  • Tours and admission tickets listed by name.
  • Help organising confirmations before travel.

Not assumed to be included

  • Visas or entry services unless stated.
  • Personal expenses and unspecified meals.
  • Flight seats or extra beds without confirmation.
  • Room upgrades, early check-in or late checkout.
  • Optional activities or unstated city charges.

An initial quote is not a booking. Price and availability may change until confirmation is issued and the required payment is received within the stated validity period.

Family package questions

Practical answers about what to confirm in writing before payment.

How much is a family travel package from Saudi Arabia?

Pricing depends on departure city, dates, adults, children and their ages, room count, flights, accommodation level, transfers and activities. We send a current quote in Saudi riyals after checking availability, with a clear validity period and conditions.

Which is better for a family: Türkiye, Georgia, Thailand or Japan?

Türkiye offers flexible variety; Georgia combines city and nature at a quieter pace; Thailand suits a longer beach-and-city trip; Japan suits families comfortable with walking and organised transfers. Ages, duration, budget and tolerance for travel between stops determine the fit.

Can connecting rooms be confirmed?

You can request connecting or adjacent rooms or a family suite. They are not confirmed until the hotel states the connection and occupancy in writing. We suggest a practical alternative if the requested arrangement is unavailable.

How are children’s prices calculated?

Age bands vary across airlines, hotels, extra beds, meals and activities. We need each child’s age at the time of travel and may need a date of birth at final booking.

Does the package include flights?

A quote can be prepared with or without flights. If included, it states departure city, route, cabin, baggage and stops. Flights are included only when explicitly listed in the quote.

Can food allergies and older travellers’ needs be accommodated?

We record allergies and mobility requirements and request the relevant arrangements from suppliers. Acceptance must be confirmed in writing for each service. We reduce walking and transfer time and request lifts or closer rooms where possible, without an unconfirmed guarantee.

How long should a family trip be?

Allow each stop enough time instead of turning the holiday into a series of airports and packed bags. Seven days is often a starting point for a closer destination, and nine to eleven days for a multi-city trip such as Thailand or Japan.

When is a booking confirmed, and what are the amendment conditions?

An enquiry or initial quote does not confirm a booking. Confirmation follows checking names, ages, services and conditions, paying the required amount and receiving written confirmation. Changes and cancellations follow each airline, hotel and supplier’s conditions.
