10- AND 12-DAY JAPAN PROGRAMMES
The Golden Route at a workable pace
Choose 10 days across Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka, or request an extension to 12 days. Transfers and accommodation are arranged around your dates, with quotation inclusions explained before confirmation.
Tokyo: a flexible beginning
Arrive and settle in, then allow days for landmarks, neighbourhoods, shopping or Disney according to your priorities. An arrival-day tour is not fixed before checking the flight, airport and transfer time.
Kyoto: culture at a gentler pace
Transfer by Shinkansen, then visit temples and historic neighbourhoods, with an optional day trip. Crowds and the actual distance between the station and hotel are taken into account.
Osaka: a practical finish
Food, markets and sights, with departure arranged through Kansai Airport or a return to Tokyo. The airport is not assumed before flights are priced.
Four core nights
The same beginning with flexibility for a city day or nearby excursion.
An extra night eases the pace
Time can be shared between Kyoto, Nara or a countryside experience, depending on season and availability.
More time before departure
Room for an entertainment day or free time. Extra nights are arranged around the season, availability and your interests.
ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
Four accommodation tiers to compare
Explore hotel examples for different trip styles. Final selection depends on availability for your dates, room category and the conditions explained in your quotation before confirmation.
Gracery Asakusa / Hotel Okura Kyoto / DoubleTree Osaka Castle
Double-room options may include a river view in Osaka, subject to the hotel and availability. For travellers prioritising location and value.
Mitsui Garden Ginza / Grandereverie / Hilton Osaka
A higher accommodation tier, with bed type and room category specified according to availability and terms.
Hotel Indigo Shibuya / Okura Okazaki / Toshiharu Ryokan
A combination of urban accommodation and a Japanese ryokan experience. Beds, bathroom and occupancy are explained in the available quotation.
Hyatt Regency Tokyo / Dusit Thani Kyoto / Ritz-Carlton Osaka
A luxury accommodation experience, with hotel name, room category and cancellation policy stated before confirmation.
Pricing depends on dates, accommodation tier, flights, trains and requested services. Send your trip details for a current quotation stating inclusions, conditions and validity.

After you choose, we clarify the payment deadline, what is confirmed immediately, what awaits the supplier, and how hotel alternatives or price changes are handled before payment is collected.
BEFORE A NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET
Visas, arrival procedures and trains
Eligibility depends on passport and residence
Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that eVISA is available to Saudi Arabia residents who need a short-term tourist visa and hold an ordinary passport. Availability is not guaranteed approval: documents may differ or attendance may be requested. Nationality, passport type, residence and travel dates are checked rather than applying one rule to everyone.
Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs ↗Arrival procedures, not a visa
The government service assists with immigration and customs procedures. Enter passport-matching information and use only the official domain, with a plan for internet access and device power. Carrier requirements and entry decisions remain separate.
Japan Digital Agency ↗Baggage may change your seat choice
JR Central states that, on specified routes, baggage with combined dimensions over 160 cm and up to 250 cm requires a seat associated with oversized baggage space. We therefore ask for baggage quantities and dimensions and compare hotel-to-hotel forwarding with carrying luggage on the train.
JR Central baggage guidance ↗DETAILS THAT MAKE A BETTER TRIP
For families, couples and culture enthusiasts
Families
Give each child's age at travel, not simply “two children”. Hotels can distinguish a child sharing a bed from one needing an extra bed, while breakfast may follow another rule. We check room area, bed quantities and space to open luggage, leaving a buffer after a long flight. For a pushchair or mobility difficulty, station exits, lifts and actual walking times are reviewed.
Couples
Privacy does not automatically mean a five-star hotel. A larger room, quieter neighbourhood or ryokan night may matter more than the hotel name. Include bed type, view, bathroom, meal policy and special occasions in your request, then compare clearly described alternatives.
Culture enthusiasts
We do not fill every hour. Some Kyoto areas benefit from an early start or quieter timing; museums and temples have operating days and reservations. Core stops leave room for discovery, balancing famous sights with the surrounding neighbourhood rather than spending the whole day in transit.
HOW THE FINAL PRICE IS BUILT
From your first request to a comparable quotation
A professional price is not separate from the product. Interconnected choices affect the total, comfort and cancellation terms. The quotation therefore follows clear stages, with assumptions recorded in writing.
International flights and airports
Compare Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam departures for your dates. Direct flights and connections are distinguished, with arrival and departure airports, sector times, baggage and fare class specified. Narita and Haneda differ in transfer time and cost. Departing from Osaka may avoid returning to Tokyo but change airfare. The cheapest flight is not chosen before accounting for an extra night, transport and family comfort.
The room, not just the stars
The hotel, area, room space, bed type, occupancy, meal plan, taxes and cancellation policy are written down. A child sharing a bed or requiring an extra bed is stated explicitly. “The same standard” is not enough for an alternative: location, space, operational suitability and room category are compared, with your approval before confirmation.
Trains and baggage
The travel date, departure and arrival stations, train type and seat are specified. Large luggage may need a seat-linked reservation. Hotel-to-hotel forwarding can make transfers lighter but requires time and possibly a small overnight bag. Local trains and IC cards are not automatically Shinkansen tickets.
Daily services
Private and shared tours differ in duration, language, meeting point and cancellation. An attraction ticket alone does not include transport or a guide. Confirmed days come first, followed by options, avoiding a tightly timed activity after international arrival or before an important train. Well-planned free time may be worth more than an extra tour that does not fit your pace.
Validity and payment
Every current quotation has an expiry time or date because flight seats, rooms and prices can change until payment and confirmation. The deposit amount, currency, payment method and each component's change or refund conditions are explained. After expiry, options are checked again rather than presenting an old version as available.
After choosing
Once approved, passport-matching names are checked through an appropriate secure channel, alongside dates, nights and cities. You receive a confirmation summary, timings and service policies. Before departure, entry and carrier requirements, trains, hotel addresses and the first arrival plan are rechecked rather than scattered across separate messages.
Compare like for like
Ask each quotation the same questions: are international flights included? What is the baggage allowance? Are arrival and departure in the same city? Which hotels and room categories? Are breakfast and taxes included? Who pays for local trains and Shinkansen? Are transfers private or shared? Which tours and tickets are specified? When does the price expire, and what are the change and cancellation fees? Matching answers make price differences understandable; missing answers mean a lower number is not necessarily a saving.
There is no absolute best-price or universal free-cancellation promise: each service has a supplier and policy. Ask for a written scope separating travel inspiration from financial commitments. If your requested hotel tier is unavailable, a clearly explained alternative is proposed rather than silently substituted.

Japan package questions
How much is a Japan package from Saudi Arabia?
Current prices are available on request because departure city, dates, flights, baggage, travellers, rooms, hotel tier and trains affect the total. We send a SAR quotation stating price expiry, inclusions and exclusions before payment.
How is a Japan package priced?
Pricing depends on travel dates, city, traveller count, accommodation tier, flights, trains and selected services. Request a tailored quotation showing the price, inclusions and conditions.
What is the 10-day Japan route?
The proposed route connects Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. Days can be arranged around arrival and departure times and your interests.
Can the trip be extended to 12 days?
A longer programme can allow additional time in the cities or a day trip, depending on your dates and availability.
Are flights and trains included?
Inclusions vary between quotations. Check your written quotation for international flights, trains, transfers and tours within the price.
Can I choose a particular hotel?
Mention a preferred hotel or accommodation tier. Final selection depends on availability for your dates and the conditions stated in the quotation.
Can Saudi Arabia residents use Japan eVISA?
Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that JAPAN eVISA is available to residents of Saudi Arabia who need a short-term tourist visa and hold an ordinary passport. Eligibility varies by nationality and circumstances. Check the official position for every traveller before a restricted ticket.
Does large luggage need a special Shinkansen reservation?
On specified routes, baggage with combined dimensions over 160 cm and up to 250 cm requires a seat associated with oversized baggage space. Check measurements, route and reservation before train day.
Is the package suitable for families?
Yes, once children’s ages, room arrangements, walking ability and luggage are known. Japanese rooms may be smaller than expected, so space, beds and occupancy are checked rather than relying on star ratings alone.
What should the written Japan quotation include?
Departure city, flights and baggage; named hotels, room categories and meals; nights; trains and seats; transfers and tours; insurance; entry requirements; exclusions; price validity; payments; and change and cancellation conditions.
