One coordinated team

Clear roles from enquiry to travel

True Travel combines trip planning, booking operations and editorial verification. The consultant starts with your destination, dates, travellers and priorities. The booking specialist checks live flight and hotel options, while the content team explains requirements and conditions in language that supports a confident decision.

Some information is stable, some changes frequently, and some only becomes final when a supplier confirms it. The team keeps those categories separate so an estimate is not presented as a confirmed price and general guidance is not presented as an authority’s decision.

Company identity

The team operates through True Travel & Tourism Agency in Riyadh. Company and document details are available on the About True Travel and Licences and credentials pages.

Areas of expertise

What the team handles

Each role supports a specific part of the travel decision, from destination fit to the conditions attached to a live booking.

01 / Planning

Destination and itinerary fit

Trip length, season, pace, traveller profile and transport time are considered before a route is proposed.

  • Leisure, family and honeymoon trips
  • Single-city and multi-city itineraries
  • Corporate and group travel requirements
02 / Booking

Live travel options

Flights, hotels, transfers and room or fare conditions are checked against the current request and supplier availability.

  • Cabin, baggage and connection details
  • Room type, occupancy and meal basis
  • Change, cancellation and refund terms
03 / Requirements

Official sources first

Entry, visa and transit information is traced to the responsible authority, with a clear distinction between assistance and the authority’s decision.

  • Passport and entry requirements
  • Visa application support
  • Pre-departure document checks
04 / Content

Useful, dated guidance

Destination guides and service pages are structured around real traveller questions, source quality and information that may change.

  • Season and estimated cost context
  • Visible assumptions and limitations
  • Correction and update handling

How information is checked

Four steps behind clearer travel guidance

  1. 01

    Define the traveller’s question

The destination, travel dates, party size, departure city and priorities set the boundaries of the answer.

    One clear objective
  2. 02

Separate facts, estimates and live prices

Stable information is stated directly, changing information is dated, and pricing remains an estimate until a current quotation is issued.

    Context you can use
  3. 03

    Check the responsible source

Government authorities, embassies, airlines, airports and suppliers are used according to the decision each source controls.

    A traceable source
  4. 04

    Explain the booking conditions

The inclusions, exclusions, confirmation status and change or cancellation terms are shown before the traveller accepts the quotation.

    A clearer decision

Information standards

Travel information changes. Its context matters.

Dates, sources and limitations help you understand what is general guidance, what needs a live search and what must be confirmed by an external authority.

Primary sources

Government authorities, embassies, airlines, airports, document issuers and direct supplier conditions.

Live booking details

Availability, price and fare or room conditions are confirmed in the quotation, not assumed from general content.
