Is there a group departure with confirmed dates and seats now?
This page currently lists no fixed group departure or confirmed seat count. A dated departure is offered once the supplier, itinerary, price and booking validity are confirmed. You can share your group requirements to request an availability check.
What is the difference between a private group and an open group departure?
A private group consists of travellers who know each other, with an itinerary designed for them. An open departure allows individual seats to be booked on a specified date and route. An open departure needs published, confirmed details.
Is the price per person or for the whole group?
The written proposal states the pricing basis, number of travellers, room allocation, flights, inclusions and price validity. A figure does not cover everyone unless this is explicitly stated.
Where is the meeting point?
There is no single meeting point for every trip. It may be Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam airport, or another agreed departure city. The location, time and contact details appear in the confirmation for your dated trip.
Does the package include flights and visas?
Flights can be included in the proposal. Visas and entry requirements are handled separately according to the destination and traveller’s circumstances. The written inclusions and exclusions are the reference.
When should I request a peak-season proposal?
Start as early as possible, especially around school holidays or Eid. Use the Ministry of Education calendar for initial planning, then confirm your leave, availability and entry requirements before paying for a non-refundable service.
What happens when a departure expires or sells out?
An expired or full departure is not available for booking. You can request another date or a year-round alternative. The old price or seat allocation does not automatically transfer to a new date.
How do I request a group trip from different cities?
Share the traveller count from each city, children’s ages and acceptable arrival dates. We compare a single meeting point with separate routes and explain each option’s effect on time and cost before confirmation.
