“We want Thailand in summer for a family. Give us the best price.”
This leaves the departure airport, duration, children's ages, date window, flight-inclusive budget and what “best” means for this family undecided.
Free tool · works in your browser
Enter what you know now, even if your destination or dates are undecided. Build a brief you can edit, copy, download and print, and see which decisions are still missing before requesting a travel quote.
Before you start
Organise the information a travel adviser usually needs: departure city, flexibility, travellers, pace, accommodation, budget and priorities. The tool does not search live prices, send a booking request or choose a destination for you.
Do not enter names, passport numbers, phone numbers or health details. For accessibility or special arrangements, use a general operational description such as “short walking distances”, then share sensitive details later through an appropriate secure channel.
A practical planning example
“We want Thailand in summer for a family. Give us the best price.”
This leaves the departure airport, duration, children's ages, date window, flight-inclusive budget and what “best” means for this family undecided.
“A family from Riyadh: two adults and two children, nine nights in July with three days' flexibility. A balanced pace, a four-star family hotel, a quiet location and suitable room as priorities, and a ceiling of SAR 28,000 including flights.”
This does not guarantee a price, but it reduces assumptions and lets you compare two quotations on the same basis.
Make your brief useful
Download your brief before contacting an adviser and name it with today's date. Send the same version to every adviser you ask for a quote. If you change the duration, budget or accommodation level, update your copy and tell the other adviser too. Otherwise, you could compare quotations with different assumptions and mistake the difference for an agency or hotel price difference.
Use the same nights, rooms, travellers, date window and budget scope. Ask the quotation to identify any additional assumptions the adviser has made.
Your first two priorities guide the decision; other notes may be more flexible. This protects what matters most if the plan needs a lower cost.
If you replace a destination, hotel or flight, note why beside the version: season, road time, cancellation terms or budget. Your draft becomes a decision record rather than scattered messages.
Do not share the file publicly or add personal information. It is designed for operational preferences only. After receiving a price, transfer the quotation items to the travel budget calculator to see the total and contingency on one consistent basis.
How to use the brief
Use “Not decided” instead of inventing dates or a budget. Uncertainty is useful information for your adviser.
Not everything can be the first priority. Choose three things you would protect if they conflict with the price.
This is an operational check, not a rating of your holiday. It highlights decisions still missing.
Keep a lightweight TXT file, or use your browser's print dialogue to save a PDF. Review it before sharing.
Use the budget calculator, then ask for a dated quote with inclusions and conditions.
Your information
Generation, copying and downloading happen in your browser. There is no enquiry submit button, and the tool does not put your entries in the page URL. “Save on this device” stores the brief in this browser; someone using the same account and device may be able to see it. This local tool behaviour is separate from the website's analytics and tracking.
Remove the saved brief with “Start again” or your browser settings. Do not save passport details, contact information or sensitive medical or financial information. When you contact an adviser, share only what is necessary through your chosen channel.
The tool's limits
Your budget is a planning ceiling, not a sale offer. A price needs specific dates, flights, rooms, validity and inclusions.
The tool does not ask for passport numbers or determine visa eligibility. Check each traveller's nationality, destination requirements and carrier rules before paying.
Choosing a month does not make every region suitable. Check destination guidance, the near-term forecast and supplier policies.
Use the brief to organise your needs and compare choices on a consistent basis. Verify price, availability, entry requirements and operations before any non-refundable payment.
When your draft is ready
Copy and review the result, then share it with your preferred contact method. Price and availability remain subject to your request date, supplier and quotation terms.
